Ich habe folgendes Problem...
Ich habe eine Hybird 120j mit einem IP130 und 2 D140 eingerichtet... Läuft eigentlich alles.
Jetzt habe ich auf meinem Arbeitsplatz den TAPI-Treiber für die Hybird 120 eingerichtet (V3.11b01).
Zusätzlich habe ich verschiedene Testversionen CTI-Software installiert (und wieder deinstalliert).
Eingehende Anrufe werden jeweils korrekt in den CTI-Anwendungen (ESTOS / Phone Suite) angezeigt.
Abgehende Anrufe sind jedoch nicht möglich.
So wie ich das sehe, habe ich zwei Probleme:
- Die Formate der Rufnummern stimmen nicht
- Bei Wahl auf eine Nebenstelle mit Mobilteil wird gar keine Verbindung aufgebaut (abheben des Hörers)
